The Languedoc-Roussillon region offers numerous products and specialties to be discovered and tasted : "small Pâtés of Pézenas", Tielle from SETE, "brandade de morue" (codfish based preparation), anchovies of Collioure, honey from the Cévennes. Wines

The Greeks planted vines in the South of France as of the Vth Century before JC. The Languedoc-Roussillon vineyard offers a wide range of white, red and rosé wines as well as sparkling and fortified wines. It is considered as the oldest in Europe.
Since twenty years, it has undergone a drastic restructuring resulting in a high quality which has allowed the creation of 10 appellations in the AOC category. Discover the history, the technics, the producers and some tasting tips.
